Parcels I, Q, R, and S are zoned for single family detached residential in accordance with the 1984 Specific Plan.  The zoning for parcels G, J, N, O, and P is being converted to single family attached (MR) and multi-family (HR) based on the permitted zoning classifications as contained in the 1984 Specific Plan for these parcels.  The zoning for parcels E and K are being converted from light industrial (I-1) to commercial office and retail (HC) based on the highest and best use of the subject properties in the current market.
